A Championship sweepstake is a random draw where each player is assigned an EFL Championship club. The player whose club performs best, finishes highest, wins promotion or hits the result your group agrees on can be named the winner.
How do you run a Championship sweepstake?
Once this draw opens, add every player taking part and press Run Draw. Each player will be randomly assigned one of the 24 Championship clubs, with no spreadsheet, paper draw or manual team picker needed.
Is the Championship sweepstake draw random?
Yes. The Championship clubs are shuffled randomly before they are assigned to players. Each club has an equal chance of being drawn, and a club cannot be given to two players in the standard draw.
How are Championship teams assigned?
The full 24-club Championship field is shuffled, then dealt to the player list in order. That means every player gets a unique club until all available teams have been used.
How much does a Championship sweepstake cost?
The planned pricing matches the live draw format: free for up to 3 players, with the full 24-club draw unlocked by a single £1.99 payment - no subscription, no per-player charge.
Can I run a Championship sweepstake for promotion or relegation?
