Include the competition name, the organiser email, the approximate time of purchase, and the draw link if you have it. Do not send card details.
Find a Pro draw
If you paid for a Pro draw and still have access to your checkout email, you can also use Find my draw to verify your email and reopen your organiser link.
Before contacting
Free instant draws are not saved after refresh or a closed tab. If a free draw disappears, start a new draw from the competition page.
